Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, work email address, company, the monthly Google Ads spend range you select, and any message you write. Our security provider, Cloudflare, also processes your IP address to protect the form against abuse.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we process it and on what basis

To reply to your request and arrange an intro call, which takes steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep the form protected against spam and abuse, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you become a client, we process your data to perform the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who receives your data

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security and form delivery) and Resend (sending the notification email to us). Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, the providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If we don't start a working relationship after your request, we delete your details within [12] months. If you become a client, we keep the information needed for the contract and for our legal retention obligations, such as tax records.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and a copy in a portable format. Email [email protected] to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on the form, may set strictly necessary cookies for security.
